Working with online travel agencies (OTAs) is an essential part of any online distribution strategy. They have the ability reach audiences of millions and are, for some consumers, the only place they will book travel. Relationships with the OTAs, although very beneficial to most hotels, can be very challenging. It is important to recognize that there are many OTAs out there and some are stronger than others in certain markets. But once you have decided which OTAs you want to work with, having your hotel on their site gives your hotel a lot of credibility with the traveling public. In many cases, consumers will see your hotel on the OTA website, and then search for your name in Google so that they can book you directly.

We charge a monthly fee for OTA support services and require a minimum of a one year agreement. We will meet with you to decide which OTAs are right for you, negotiate your contracts and then get the hotel signed up with them. Then we will act as the main contact for the hotel and manage the relationships with the OTA market managers, pushing for better placement for your hotel and working with you to include your hotel in the multi-million dollar campaigns and promotions of the OTAs.
