Ashwin Kamlani
President

After consulting with Accenture and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Kamlani received a Masters of Management in Hospitality from the prestigious Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. His first position in the hospitality industry was as an unpaid intern at a Sol Melia property where he launched several e-commerce initiatives. Over the next six years he worked his way up through the organization to become Global Vice President of Distribution, based at the Company’s headquarters in Mallorca, Spain, covering all aspects of direct online distribution, third party online distribution, call centers and loyalty programs, responsible for generating over $200 million in revenues. Mr. Kamlani then went on to launch a hotel friendly Online Travel Agency. As President of HIH, Mr. Kamlani continues to strive to help the hotel industry maximize profitability by strengthening direct online channels.

Arancha Santos
Operations & PR

Arancha Santos was born and raised in Madrid and brings a strong international background and five years of hospitality experience to Hotel Internet Help and Regatta Travel Solutions. After completing her BA in Hotel Management at a prestigious University in Switzerland she combined her education and understanding of the European hotel industry in her first professional experience with the Four Seasons Hotel in Miami for an 18-month Management Training Program. She then joined Rock Resorts and participated in the opening of Tempo Miami. Looking for something even more challenging, Arancha joined Hotel Internet Help and Regatta Travel Sloutions as Operations and PR Manager for the company. Arancha Santos is very excited and motivated with this new project and strives to provide the best quality and customer service to HIH and Regatta clients.

Ana Guerrero
Director Business Development: Mexico

Ana Guerrero, born and raised in Mexico City has developed her 26 year career 100% focused in the tourism field. She is part of the 80s generation that started the boom of the Tourist Industry in her country. She has recently joined HIH as the Director of Business Development for Mexico. Prior to joining HIH, Ana was in charge of group sales for the well known XCaret wildlife park near Cancun, where she is currently based. Ana has extensive experience in the hospitality industry working with companies such as Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts, IVI (Destination Management), VI Travel DMC and International Incentive Travel. Last year Ana took a break from her career to fulfill a childhood dream… to learn the French language. To achieve this, she moved to the Quebec Region. Not only did she learn the beautiful language of French but also got to know herself and was able to define what she really loves of life.

Begoña Tavera
Director Business Development: Spain

Begoña Tavera, born and raised in Madrid, received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration by the Complutense University in Madrid and soon started her own business within the Fashion industry. After ten years of success she decided to change her career path and delve into a completely new venture with new technology by becoming the Regional Key Account Sales Director for global engineering companies such as Minor Planet and GMV with innovative technological and online solutions. Begoña Tavera joined Hotel Internet Help as Director of Business Development for Spain on November 2010, motivated by the advanced level of solutions and pioneering online services that HIH and Regatta Travel Solutions offer to the Hospitality Industry. As Director of Business Development for Spain, she strives to provide her clients with the most suitable online solutions to make their business more profitable.
