Credit Card Charges from HIH Hotel Reservations
Dear Customer,
Do you have a charge on your credit card from HIH Hotel Reservations? If so, you most likely used this card to make a hotel reservation online at one of our many hotel clients. HIH (Hotel Internet Help) provides the online reservations services to many hotels. At the time of booking, we take a deposit on the reservation which is applied to your bill at the hotel. We have hotel clients all over the world, but most are in Florida, the Caribbean including St. Lucia, Barbabados, and South America such as Argentina. If you still do not know where the charge came from on your credit card, please send an e-mail to charges@hotelinternethelp.com. Include your name, the last 4 digits of the credit card, the amount of the charge and the date it was charged. We will get back to you shortly with more details about the charge. Thank you.
